Escape!

Escape! is a 2D point and click puzzle-solving prototype concept, created in collaboration with Imraan Arenz for a university submission in 2021

The goal is to help the NPC AI avoid enemies and successfully escape a maze-like setting. But here’s the catch, the player does not have any direct control over character movement. Rather, by clicking on maze walls, the player can manipulate the environment surrounding the character, opening up pathways as well as indirectly prompting the character to go in certain directions.
