"Identity Crisis" is an interactive narrative with simplified 2D platformer game elements, set between the pages of a young woman’s journal. The story follows the protagonist as she deals with different aspects of her identity as an American Muslim of Indian descent, in a world that pits those concepts against each other.

Found this really sincere, the lined scrapbook aesthetic is verrry disarming and I love using games as a personal journal for thinking through ideas -especially ones that havent really settled. (You've also inspired me to make a jigsaw version of my identity components✨)
